In 2024, Omonoh Ehi opened the doors of Grace Covenant Home Health Care of Texas with a simple but powerful purpose: to serve her community with genuine care, dignity, and integrity.
Omonoh is a hands-on leader who believes in the power of real human connection. She actively engages with clients, maintaining that one-on-one relationship that makes all the difference to the people she serves and their families.
Her spirit of involvement, support, and curiosity for new opportunities is woven into the very fabric of Grace Covenant Home Health Care of Texas— an agency built not just on services, but on a heartfelt covenant with every client.

My Story
I grew up in the Dallas-Fort-Worth area in Texas. I have always for some reason been a magnetic attracting person to care for a person. Rather it's a family member or a friend as far as I can remember, it started as a teen. I cared for my younger siblings to help out while my father was incarcerated. I could see the stress my mom was going thru trying to figure out how to feed us. I would call family and friends to help out. It became a routine. I would sometimes go to the store, and the elderly people would always ask if I could assist them getting items off the shelf. Years later, I started to care for my mother as her health started to deteriorate and care for my autistic sister also, taking the both of them to their doctor appointments, cooking meals etc. That's when Grace Covenant Home Health Care of Texas came about years later. The Lord Jesus Christ gave me the idea. I never thought of being an entrepreneur. So here I am now giving my Lord Jesus
Christ all the glory!
